Passolo has a command line utility (as well as advanced macros) that can be used for this type of automation. I suppose the answer is more along the lines of "you can automate Passolo in a way that includes SVN automation as well".
Kyle already described the command line interface that allows you to update your project and generate the target files with one single call.
Many users have integrated such Passolo calls into their build server automation where all the necessary files are already checked out or could be checked out easily. This is why there is no direct integration with specific source repository tools.
