Can not find "generate target files" option in SDL Passolo Team Edtion

Hi all

I have to generate target files in SDL Passolo Team Edition 2016.

But I am not getting an option to generate target files.

As per my knowledge, we have to simply right click on target file and we get an option to "Generate Target files".

But in team edition, it just shows "Open String List" after right click.
