The licensed bundles are NOT intended to be opened by the paid versions of Passolo!
They are intended to be opened by the Passolo Translator Edition, which is available for free... hence the "licensed bundles" - this means the license is "included with the bundle" instead of being expected to be provided by the software.
You can open licensed bundles in the paid version of Passolo.
A common scenario is where you receive a bundle with 5 languages and you may want to sent this to 5 translators that use Passolo Translator. In this case you cannot use Passolo Translator to "split" the bundle.
Passolo Team 5 2018 can activate the 2016 version as well as described in the KB:
