I'm using SDL passolo 2018 to translate my software
Before, i using it in the win7 environment, and it runs with no error
And Now I want to move it to the win10 environment, but it cannot translate the MUI file
the error message is "the request is not supported"
the MUI file is a kind of windows resource file
Assuming that you have installed the same version of SDL Passolo 2018 on Windows 10 it might be the case that Windows 10 is missing some internal operating system libraries of program packages to open MUI files.
When you move to a Windows 7 system, does it still work properly? As I'm personally still using Windows 7 please send a sample file and log a case with our support engineers on gateway.sdl.com.
