Source text missing from tbulic16

Question

Hello, 
 We have received from our client an .lpu, from which then we created tbulic16 files for translation. 
 In the file we sent out, we noticed that in some strings the source text was missing, while in the translated files these strings (lines) totally missing.

The pictures are quite small, therefore unreadable. So I&rsquo;m not able to help or reproduce the issue. Please log a support case at https://gateway.sdl.com and attach the LPU as well as the exported TBULIC file. For the second problem (missing translation in the target file), please log an additional case and attach the source file.
