User reports the message above when double-clicking a project to open project exclusively. When attempting to open in shared mode the following message displays: Cannot open (filepath to project). No access to LOCK file.

Possible some restrictions on the folder or the LPU itself.
You can try to copy the LPU in a different folder or check the properties of the files and make sure it is not blocked.
