xml file: ID is displayed with: ".value"

I work with a project that was created by a colleague and after importing a new source file with new texts the ID of the strings is not displayed anymore, instead it says: "<Unknown>.value". But the xml files (the old and the new) have the same structure.

This can have multiple reasons and without the source file, the XML parsing rule you are using and the project file it will be quite difficult to find the root cause. So please log a case in the support portal https://gateway.sdl.com/
