Please read https://docs.sdl.com/785448/420414/sdl-passolo-help/batch-mode-commands and use the ifrequired option for the /update parameter. Please note that this requires that date and time of the unchanged files remains that same in your pre-- or postbuild. Documentation also describes how to update just specific files.

That's the problem: the copied files from pre- and postbuild get the copy date and time ...

No way to update a bunch of files using a filelist.txt file or something similar? Do I have to add a pslcmd line for each file to update if I want to achieve this?

Yes this is possible. Use pslcmd together with the /script command and programmatically create a the script file which contains all the files you want to update 

What is the format of the script list. Something like

source:AKG_Utils.dll
source:akg_V7.exe
source:AKG_VCPDlg.dll
source:AKG_vorbereitung.dll
source:AKG_WmsGUIEx.dll
source:AxAKGFACHLib.dll
source:AxAKGTOOLSLib.dll

Does the ifrequired option work with the /script command?

Please follow the documentation. The command is missing and you are mixing up [source:<title>] and [sourcefile:<filepath>]. Must be something like

/update sourcefile:"c:\bla bla\AKG_Utils.dll" ifrequired

I would suggest to add an example script file in the documentation - the example there only shows how to add a script file to the command. I myself get a lot out of examples.

2 questions left for the script file:

1st: My pslcmd is like this:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\SDL\SDL Passolo\SDL Passolo 2018\pslcmd.exe" F:\svnWorkingCopy\l10n-infravision\trunk\VIV_L10N.lpu /script:F:\svnWorkingCopy\l10n-infravision\trunk\PslUpdateListGenerateAll.script /report:%F:\svnWorkingCopy\l10n-infravision\trunk\reports% /output:F:\svnWorkingCopy\l10n-infravision\trunk\PslUpdateListGenerateAll.log

I wanted to redirect the html reports to a different folder "reports", but they still are generated along the satellite assemblies.

2nd: /simulate after /generate:

Is it possible to simulate alle target files with < 100% translation? Or have I write and update the  appr. list myself?
