Hi everyone ! I tried accesing three files within the same project on Passolo, however with each and everyone of them I receive the following error, even when I right-click on them and then choose "Open as shared translation". How can I solve this problem ?

Have you checked if the file itself (LPU or TBULICxx) is read-only in the operating system?
well my colleagues can access without any issue, apparently
You can try to reboot too. The file can be lock by the program.
(previous answer wasn't published, for some reason, sorry) No, it isn't - as a matter of fact, I can't select "read-only", "hidden" ou "system" myself, I'm kinda stuck...
What does that mean, you can't select it? Which attributes are displayed for your file?
Another thing: When files are stored on a shared drive I hope it is clear that just one user can open the file at a given time.
