Yes, but it depends on your role in the workflow. Software manufacturer or project managers that own a fully licensed Team or Collaboration Edition can export bundles (compare Studio packages) that then can be localized / translated / edited with the free Translator Edition that can be downloaded here: https://www.rws.com/translation/software/passolo/translator-edition/
