How to set Passolo 2016 as default app for lpu file on Passolo 2018 installed computer?

Question

I have activated Passolo 2016 with Passolo 2018 license key. 
 Passolo 2016 itself works fine but default app for lpu file and others cannot be changed from Passolo 2018 . I open my file from opening Passolo 2016 and open lpu file always. 
 In addition to that, I use Passolo Automation script but automation process also use Passolo 2018 . 
 What I need is only Passolo 2016 . Passolo 2018 is installed for only activation. 
 Do you have any solution for this?

Go to the Apps and Features of your Windows system. Then search and select SDL Passolo 2016 in this list and click on Modify . Now the Passolo 2016 installer is starting. In the second dialog the comes up chose Repair . This will rerun the installer and you might need admin rights to process. The repair installation will also change the file association for the LPU files back to Passolo 2016.
