Error when loading java parser, it couldn´t find the file, sdl passolo bundle lacks from installed programs, I do not know how to solve it, maybe an uninstalling and later installing might solve the problem.

Still not really clear to me. Are you working with a Passolo Bundle? Then you need to download and install the The Passolo Translator Edition from https://www.rws.com/translation/software/passolo/translator-edition/ and none of the parsers will be activated as a bundle just contains strings to be translated.
The Java parser itself is an optional component in the fully licensed version and can't be loading if you haven't purchased it, so your activation key doesn't contain the entitlement to start it.
I did bought all the parses for sdl passolo beforely some years ago, so I know with my license I cannot load that plugin, I have an SDL Passolo Professional License
