Hi all,
We've been using Passolo 2018 for quite some time to process client translations based on their metadata (font, size, max length, etc.).
Therefore, it's important that the translations meet the given criteria of adhering to the max width (pixel) and max number of lines.
However, this does not seem to work when having "Word Wrap" enabled. It will still catch errors for text that goes beyond the max length, but it's no longer able to catch issues due to exceeding the max number of lines allowed.
The reason we're using Word Wrap is that without it, the Check QA will output false errors (a string is flagged because it exceeds the max length, but is actually correct, as it will be shown as 2 lines within the client's system). FYI, the client doesn't want any manual line breaks to be used.
Is there a way to set up Passolo so that it will catch both errors when running the Check function (max length and max number of lines), while Word Wrap is active?
