Statistics report after review

Hi,

We would like to know how many translation segments have been corrected during the review.

Is there a function to create a statistics report? Or maybe is there an app for that?

If neither of those exists, is there a way to compare two Passolo files to see which segments have been changed?

Thanks and regards,

Satoe

  • Dear Adrian,

    Thank you for your reply!

Yes, the state of the strings are changed (validated). It's still difficult to know how many new strings are corrected and confirmed, because some strings are confirmed without being changed (translator's translation is accepted as it is). Also, the file contains lots of already validated strings (it deals with the software interface localization and new strings are added to the existing strings in the file)...

Thanks for the hint of using the filter. It seems I cannot count the number of the strings, but you can see how many strings have been changed. That's a good start :-)

It would be handy to have a report to output how many strings have been changed before validation. We would like to give feedback to the translation agency on the quality of the translation, and it's always good to have statistics.

    Kind regards,

    Satoe
