Recommended max. file size of TS source files in Passolo 2018

We use Passolo 2018 to manage translations of TS source files. These files are currently 2MB and create/update string list sometimes appears to freeze. What is the maxium recommended file size of TS source files in Passolo?

I have a lot of TS sample files that have nearly the same size with 6000+ source strings in it. I haven't observed such freeze when updating them. Would be good to log a support case so that our engineers can test it.
