This is not possible. A translation list doesn't store in its object if it is used as a reference language. Adding a reference language is a one-off operation in the UI or when exporting a bundle.

Maybe, such a possibility could be implemented in a future version of Passolo, because - in my opinion - it would be helpful to be able to do some things only with translation lists which are or which are not set as reference language.
