i use SDL passolo 2015, i want add some checks for source and target to add results of this checks in results checks of passolo. is there a SDL Passolo Software Development Kit? 
 and how can i used it?

The COM object automation that was already mentioned in another reply can be used to implement additional check function using the VBA compatible scripting engine by implementing the PSL_OnCheckString() callback function. 
 
In addition there is a SDK for SDL Passolo. It can be used to implement your own add-in which can use the corresponding interfaces to implement checks. After registering as a developer at http://www.translationzone.com/openexchange/developer/ you can downloaded the SDK.
