Remove duplications (replicates)

Question

How can I remove all duplications from source? 
 By duplication I mean line where source text with translated text already exists.

Background: 
 I am using Pre-Translate feature and I have translations from text source where I have some duplicates. 
 I cannot select "use firts match" in "If multiple matches are found" setting of Pre-Translate options because in some cases translated texts are different for the same source texts.

The initial question sounds weird. You can remove duplicates from the source when you delete the corresponding key/value pair entries from your resource files, which I think is not what you are looking for. 
 For duplicated entries in your translation lists, there are several approaches how to deal with them. You can use Unify Replicates, Auto-Propagation, or you can use settings that do not translate duplicated entries in the Pre-Translate steps and let translators interactively decide which is the right translation for the given context.
