Is there any way to export to CSV with date columns in Passolo 2016?

I'm looking for a way to export the strings via CSV that would include a column that would tell when the string was last changed and/or created.

No, such a feature is not available, even not in Passolo 2022. But you can develop a macro that can export all the fields that are available within a string token.
