Hi, I wonder if there is a way to combine pixel width check and number of lines check in Passolo (Teams 2018) and with Excel file format. We have an Excel table that contains the width in pixels but the line count is expressed in number of lines. Or do I need the height in pixels for one line (or full text box)?

That depends on the fact if the automated WordWrap is activated or not. If WordWrap is activated then the translation doesn’t contain any Carriage Return which results into one single line of text. If WordWrap isn’t activated the text will exceed the width like here
Translators can insert a hard line break. That result into the fact that the width is not violated and a new line of text is added. If the number of lines is also set, then this can be checked in addition.

Thanks again Achim! I realized this a bit later, and I think I understand this now. If word wrap is enabled and you have multiple lines and no CR, you would need to have the pixel height of the text box, you cannot check the line count, right? And with CR and word wrap disabled, you can check the line count, and if word wrap is disabled and no CR, the pixel width check should spot the errors.

Sorry, need to clarify: if multiple lines are allowed, and you do not have CR and you do not enable word wrap, you cannot check if the text fits in the box, you need to have the pixel height and word wrap or you would need to add CR and check the line count. I guess this is how it goes...
