Hello Passolo users
I need to create a simple macro in Passolo.
These are the instructions I can find in the Help:
Tools menu > Macros > Macro List > New
Give the macro a title and a description
I can't find anything more. Nothing tells me how to record the macro. Does anyone have any simple instructions? Or can someone tell me where to find some step-by-step information?

unfortunately, as far as I know, there's no option to record a macro in Passolo.
You'll have to write it on your on with the integrated "Basic IDE" with you can find under "Tool" -> "Macros" -> "Open Basic IDE".

The syntax of the macros is very close to (Visual) Basic. It's using the "WinWrap Basic Language".

You could have a look at the existing macros, too.

Thanks very much Nils. I didn't really know where to look or where to get started.
Macros aren't my forte, and fortunately Adrian in Support created a test macro for me, which does the job.
If I need more macros, I can ask a developer to help. At least I now know what's required.
