Due to a problem with the underlying Microsoft MSXML component used by Passolo 2016, it will be necessary to slightly adapt the XLIFF parsing rule. Go to the XML parsing rules, copy the inbuilt XLIFF rule into the project and change the copied rule. Ensure that the changed rule will be used in your project.

Change the metadata rule from parent::*/descendant::note  

to parent::*/descendant::pdns:note  

Then update the project. This will import the note fields.

The import of length restrictions will be possible, but it depends in the way how the data is inserted into the XLIFF and it might happen, that you again have to adapt the XLIFF rules with more of these pdns entries. This definitely looks wrong. So my advice would be to familiarize with the XML parser and its XML rule editor. Our company is offering trainings. Then you need to copy the inbuilt XLIFF rule and make the small change mentioned above. That's all.
