Running Passolo using a license server. Every few days when launching Passolo it reports "No license found" and I need to go through the steps to point Passolo to the server and get a license. This is problematic when we are running scripts to do our work. My questions are
1. Do you know what would cause Passolo to lose it's connection to the server?
2. Is there a way to script connection to the server (This one will be copied into the OO forum).

Which Passolo version are you using?
2016 which I know you don't support anymore. Just looking for some ideas of where to look.
I think this is caused by Passolo using Virtual Registry folder. We did change this for Passolo 2022 and such issues should no longer happen.
For Passolo 2016 you can try the following:
1. Deactivate Passolo, run it as admin then activate it.
2. Check the registry folder from the KB: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000007080 - use Passolo16 for the folder. Clear all the folders found and activate Passolo again.
For scripting you can export the registry location from point 2 (after Passolo is activated) and deploy this registry before running Passolo.
