At this point, I'm not able to reproduce the issue. For my tests, I used Passolo 2022 and MultiTerm 2022. I also did a reorganization of the TB first, but it has no impact.

What is the function that you called, before you got the error message above? When I select a term that already exists in my termbase, I'm getting a slightly different message:

I am just wondering why my "Term recognition" doesn't show me some of the terms anymore I am sure to have saved previously. And if I start MultiTerm 2019 and want to look up a term I had saved, it is not showing it! See for example the term "domicilio":
