Passolo freezes without error message when clicking on "Generate Target File"

Question

Passolo freezes without error message when clicking on "Generate Target File" 
 - no error message and I can`t no response upon clicking anywhere 
 - can only kill it via Task Manager 
 - upon re-opening same thing happens again

You haven't provided any information about the Passolo version, the parser, the source file used, maybe the parser settings, etc. Quite difficult to answer within a forum, in most cases support should do a deeper analysis and maybe reproduce the problem, before being able to give useful answers that will solve the issue.
