One of our translators has recently updated his Microsoft Windows 11 to version 24H2.
He is now having problems with Passolo 2018 Editor edition, string lists do not open or open very slowly.
Once it opens, after he saves then he has to close Passolo before he can open the next string.
He has uninstalled any Microsoft updates installed in the last few days, except 24H2 which he is unable to install.
Any suggestion gratefully received!
Can you ask the Translator to reset Passolo as listed in the KB:

This should address the issue.
Would also recommend keeping the projects on a local drive if they are currently on network drives. This helps with such issues.

Our translator followed the steps as listed above, unfortunately this made no difference.
