Passolo 2018 License Inactive – Remote Server Not Available

I suddenly cannot access Passolo 2018 anymore.

When I try to open the program, I get the message that no license can be found on the license server (nothing has changed, nothing was uninstalled).

If I click on Product activation, I get the same message again.

I checked the License Manager and when I enter the activation code, I get the message that the remote server is not available?

How can I get this to work?
