I used Passolo with a Scribbe demo, and the generated exe file worked fine, with 90% of the application localized in Spanish. But, when I used it with a larger file of Ez Resource Extract, I only saw six or so Spanish words. I checked the project settings, language, and QA many times. Why does the exe file reflect the translation? Is Passolo, EZ RE, the path associated with both or both?
It is not entirely clear what this is all about. As I understand it, Passolo worked as expected. The EXE reflects the translations because Passolo saves the translations in the translated EXE file when generating the target file.
What is not really clear to me here is what this has to do with a third-party tool like EZ Resource Extract?
It should be noted that not all EXE files save the translatable resources in a standard Microsoft resource format. Only if this is the case, localization tools such as Passolo can read these texts, translate them and save them in a translated file.
