Passolo 2016 stopped translating all languages

We have be running Passolo 2016 with TFS. It has been running on multiple projects for years. Without changes, we stopped getting fully translated dlls for some languages (11 of 25). Re-running the build did not fix the problem.  Could this a known issue with 2016? Someone mentioned clearing the history in the LPU could be the issue. This seems to fix the issue, but we want to confirm this is the issue and not a random problem.

  • When you say “without changes,” you mean Passolo and your system, but not the DLLs you want to translate, correct?

Clearing the history in a Passolo project doesn't change anything with your translations, files, or settings. It just deletes older history entries, making the project size smaller. So I would say that there is no relation between deleting the history and the fact that it now seem to work again.

I assume that you don't have a support contract, because Passolo 2016 is no longer a supported product and our support team wouldn't be able to help you anyway. At the moment, I cannot confirm that this is the problem. Usually, such phenomena are related to the files themselves when the software or system has not been changed. To find out more if this happens again, a time-consuming investigation is often required.
