We seem to be having a new issue with Passolo:

We have added Arabic as one of ​our application's supported languages. I have exported the source strings using the export manager in Passolo. I used the 'Customizable text export' to produce a .csv file.

The file was fully translated and Arabic translations are visible when opening in Excel (UTF-8 with BOM):

However, when importing the translated file back into Passolo, the translated strings are displayed as question marks in Passolo:
