Unable to export ITD files from Passolo using the plugin

I have been using the ITD Export / Import plugin for Passolo and since a recent upgrade it no longer works. Here is the error:

ERROR - Can not add document informations into the ITD file.

This is the version of Passolo I'm currently using:

15.1.438.0

Please advise as to whether this is a bug, or I need to roll back to a previous build of Passolo 2015.

    Thanks for your question. Since this is a plug-in from Open Exchange it is unsupported - but we would of course still like to facilitate enabling customers to work with even unsupported plug-ins where we can. For now I would advise to go back to a Passolo version that is known to work in your case. Would be great if you can advise which version of Passolo worked. We will then also look on our end if we can facilitate a fix for this plug-in. Would this approach work?
