Localizing *.mdb Access files

Question

This is my first project trying to localize *.mdb files. I have the ODBC Add-In and I assumed it would "parse" the *.mdb files automatically but apparently it does not work like this. 
 The Passolo Help file (Passolo Handbook) says I need to set up a databse connection in the Create Connection dialog box... but I have no idea how to get to the Create Connection dialog box. 
 Anyone can help?

SDL Passolo is using standard ODBC technology from Windows to connect to various database types. So it is required to at least have basic knowledge on how to connect databases using ODBC. If the connection is established successfully users can select the columns to be localized from tables in the database.
