Capability btw Passolo 2016 and 2015

Question

Hello Guys, 
 I have question on capability between Passolo 2016 and 2015. I already discussed this with Achim that licensed bundle doesn't open in Passolo 2016 if bundle is made on 2015. But one more thing is after opening bundle in Passolo 2016 then it can't convert and open in Passolo 2015. I think this is very serious issue between those two. How can I figure out?

Let me jump in here. This is all by design, as the project format changes with each major release. So to avoid major incompatibility issues in finely tuned production environments, each member of the supply chain needs to be on the same Passolo major release version. This is also why the Translator version is free: this is to make sure it's not a problem to have both Translator 2015 and 2016 on the same machine so any translators will be able to work with bundles coming from either 2015 or 2016 - you just need to use the right version. With the paid versions - Professional/Team etc., we can always take on such situations on a case by case basis and organise the best solution together with the affected customer. I would suggest that you contact me off-forum to fully understand your challenge and resolve it internally.
