We have received a .tbulic11 file from our client. We use SDL Passolo 2011 Translator Edition.
We would like to ask how could this file be opened by 2 or more different resources at the same time.

Using the free Translator Edition it is not possible to open one single .tbulic11 file by multiple translators at the same time. The project manager that creates the .tbulic11 files with the fully licensed version can split bundles into multiple files if he owns a Team unlimited license. So please contact the client's project manager and ask for splitted bundles.
