Display of character in SDL Passolo 2015

Question

Dear Team, 
 I am trying to display the the characters the way they are on text editor inside Passolo 2015 
 But though i am try to set codepage i am not getting appropriate display inside SDL Passolo. 
 The same i have tried to showcase in attached image "SDL_DE_Settings.png" 
 
 Requesting your help in getting correct display.

It is always difficult to give useful answers when not all information and sample files are available to analyze the case. 
 
I assume that your text file is UTF-8 encoded but has no BOM. Files with BOMs are correctly detected, when no BOM is in the source file you have to correctly set the code page. 
 
1252 Latin 1 (ANSI) is definitely wrong for UTF-8. Insert 65001 as the code page for UTF-8 and it will work properly after re-parsing the source file.
