Passolo 2015 Team Edition - HTML Parser - tags not displaying

Question

Hello, 
 I am trying to process some HTML files with the latest version of Passolo 2015 Team Edition, but the tags are not displayed when editing the string. As such, any edits I make to a string containing tags strips out all the tags. 
 I've set the "Show tags with short caption" option to display tags, but this doesn't seem to be making any difference. I'm at a loss for what to do next. 
 Please help - I really need this to work!

Please check the version you are using and update to the lastest CU. Please install with Administrator rights. Deinstallation is not necessary. 
 
I remember that there was a problem in one of the previous CUs with the component that marks up these tags. When it wasn't correctly registered with the operating system it doesn't mark up the tags. In some cases re-registering the component also helped. If reinstalling the lastest CU doesn't help, please contact the support.
