  • Hi ,

I guess you are talking about this plugin?

    appstore.sdl.com/.../

The first point, if you have never used this before, is to note that it will not work at all unless you are using the correct version of Trados (Freelance only) or the correct version of memsource (1+ Freelancer Edition).

If this is what you have then try creating your project again as the error may be coming from your sdlproj file. It would probably help if you posted the full error message as the underlying details may point us to where the problem actually is.

  • I have used this plugin in the past extensively, I think around the time it stopped working I received one of those messages from trados, telling me that it disabled the plugin (without asking me).

    here are the error details.

    it is a new project.

  • I posted the error message below.

I tried uninstalling and installing the App...(not Trados). I tried turning off virus protection...

I really need this to work ASAP!

    Thank you
  • Hi ,

Try deleting these files and then reinstall the plugin:

    c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\14\Plugins\Packages\MemSource.CloudTM.Provider.sdlplugin

    c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\14\Plugins\Unpacked\MemSource.CloudTM.Provider\

I forgot to ask you whether this happens with all projects or just one in particular? If it happens in just one then try removing that project from Studio and recreate it.
