Transit to Studio plugin not working with 2019 (neither old nor newest version)

Dear everyone,

I just tried to convert a Transit PPF to Studio with the SDL.Community.StarTransit plugin, but the plugin does not seem to work with Studio 2019 at all. It produces the following error message:

I've tried several PPFs, with an older version of the Transit plugin, and then with the newest, but both do not work. My Studio 2019 is up-to-date as well. Any suggestions what to do about this? Or do we have to wait for the next update of the Transit plugin? In the meantime I've reverted to Studio 2017, where the plugin still works fine.

    Hi ,

    Can you please tell me which version of the plugin are you using? Do you have the latest version from the AppStore?

    If you don't have the latest version,can you please download it and see if the error persists?

    Hi Andrea,

    I'm seeing exactly the same message. It's version 2.3, the newest option available on the AppStore. I heard there is a version 2.3.3 that might work, but don't know how to get it.

    Studio Version is SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR1 - 15.1.3.55768.

    just as Jon has stated I have also tried the newest version of the plugin but unfortunately it produces the same error.
