SDL ETS does not store API details

Hello,

My working PC changed on monday, and now I am struggling with ETS plug-in on the new machine.

The problem is as follows: I cannot make Studio remember the API details for future use.

I am using plugin version 2.3.0.5 (I also tried with the previous version 2.3.0.5) and Studio 2019 SR2 - 15.2.0.1041.

Step-by-step process:

1. Install plugin

2. Open Studio, go to File -> Options (or Project Setttings)

3. Go to Language Pairs -> go to SDL ETS translation provider

4. In the window that opens input Host/Port details, and in the Authentification choose "Use API Key" and input provided API.

5. Tick "Save Credentials" and click OK

6. Open up Settings again - the API field is empty again and you need to input data from the very start.

(Similarly, when you try to create a project from a template, where ETS was already specified as a Translation Provider previously, there is a prompt to input API details. When  you input the API key and click OK, the cycle goes into an infinite loop, bringing ETS credentials window back on the screen. If you click cancel, you receive an error, that ETS provider is not authorized and will be disabled.)

Please advise, how to solve this issue. Apparently, this is somehow connected with the new PC and (maybe) some corrupt settings somewhere, because on my previous machine I did not have any of those issues.

Thank you!

Lyudmila
