DeepL was working fine on SDL Trdos 2017 but ever since I downloaded SDL Trados 2019 (professional) I can download the DeepL plug-in but when I want to insert the API key, this message shows up.
I already installed SDL Trados 2019 SR2 instead of SR1 but this still doesn't work.
Does anyone knows what I could try?

This sounds like you might be running the wrong version.
Please remove the application using the SDL Plugin Management Tool - then to check there are no versions left installed- navigate to the following folder-
C:\Users\YOUR NAME\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15\Plugins (packages and unpacked) and check the app has been removed.
Now go to the SDL AppStore and re download and install the plugin
https://appstore.sdl.com/language/app/deepl-translation-provider/847/
And restart Studio.
Ids the problem now fixed?

Sorry- I should have checked which version number of Studio you have installed.
Please make sure you have updated Studio to the latest CU5 (in your Studio notifications bar) and then install the latest version of DeepL
Restart Studio and then the issue should be resolved.
