I haven't used this in a while so I just tested and seem to be able to log in ok:

The only advice I can offer would be:

1. make sure you have an account here:
   https://cloud.memsource.com/web/login/
   
2. contact memsource to see whether you need to ensure you have whitelisted a specific URI perhaps?

Thanks for checking, I appreciate your speedy reply. After seeing you were able to authorize your account without issue, I tried using a secondary machine and was able to get the same account authorized. However, that account is in an Admin role and could see all the TMs. I tried creating a linguist account to connect with the plugin but I get a 403 error when I try listing out the TMs. Do you know what could be the issue?

It looks like the original issue may be related to my primary work computer, which does operate with a VPN and utilizes a License Server for Studio 2019. Could that play any role in this? The secondary machine I used does not use VPN.

Of course... it's worth speaking to whoever administers your VPN and explain to them the problem so they can allow this connection.
