Ctrl+Enter no longer working

Question

Apart from struggling to get DeepL Pro to work on Trados studio 2019, since I've been messing around with that, the Ctrl+Enter function no longer works, nor does the Language Cloud. I am completely at a loss and would appreciate your help. 
 As you can see in the screenshot, when I go to Save DeepL, the next message is that it is already saved, but Trados fails to connect to it - or to the Language Cloud. And, as I said, CtrlEnter no longer works either.

Check in Options > Keyboard Shortcuts whether the function you have Ctrl + Enter mapped to hasn't changed the shortcut.

 This is not the deepL translation engine. This is a Language Cloud engine that is using a custom adaptive engine that you have called deepL. Perhaps you need to get LC provisioned properly so you are using the NMT models? Maybe Radu Boloveschi can help there? 
 On deepL... you should be adding this from here if you've installed the plugin already:
