 I encounter the same issue as Pascal and Leif (Unexpected character encountered while parsing value: <. Path '', line 0, position 0.) in Studio 2019. I've tired using both https://cloud.memsource.com/web/api2/v and http://cloud.memsource.com but same message each time. I've also tried uninstalling the plugin and reinstalling the newly downloaded versions but without success: I can't access the TMs as the access is refused via the plugin although I can safely access the project via the Memsource web and editor versions.

And just like him, this forces me to have Studio on one side and Memsource opened in another.

Nope, changing the URL does not have any impact on the error message.

Thanks, that does the trick. Connection seems to work now (Green Tick symbol and Authorized next to it) but the OK button is greyed out. I guess this is the case because there is no pending job for that client right now.

This does indeed work as I also can now safely access the tool and server.

However, a new issue came up: I select the appropriate TM but than I receive the following error message.

Unhandled exception. Error info save to errorLog.txt file. Error message:Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Ok, today I got a new project for memsource. As I said before I can log in with my credentials but I cannot hit OK to confirm the memsource plugin (probably because there is no TM selected) and if I click to select a TM I get a popup: Minimum one error occurred. After I click OK to close that popup I only see a blank list.

Am I doing something wrong?

I have tried to replicate this issue and can only force the same error, if i try to add the same TM twice.

Also if i select a different TM- I cant force the error.

Im wondering perhaps, when you go into the MemSource Plugin Settings, whether the TM field is blank- i.e. the TM is already selected, but not showing in the relevant field?)

This is the error you see in Studio?

I was able to reproduce this problem when I've open an old project where I had already added some credentials which in the meantime they expired (Even if in the provider I could see the blue tick with "Authorized".

Also from Fiddler I saw the response from Memsource is 403: Organization account expired. 

Can you please check in Memosurce what type of account do you have and if is an active one? You'll need ultimate or above for the API calls to be enabled.

If your account is Ultimate, please remove the provider from the project, and reenter the credentials.
