Same for me.... Error in requesting access token.... Trados closes when I press OK and start working if I want to save the error
Hello Alessia Vonau Nicole Schmidt,
There is clearly an issue here, so it would be really useful if you could also post the error stacks, and we can then see if the culprit is the same in each case.

I'm tring to do that, but Trados "freez" (Not answer and then I've to close it) before I can save the message..... I'll keep you posted!
Same here. Can't save the error data...
Hi ,
just in case this could be interesting for you:
I already had massive problems with Studio yesterday. I couldn't merge or block any segment without getting an error message
I posted the problem in the Facebook Trados Studio Users group. One more translator with the same issue there...
Hello Nicole Schmidt ,
Its hard to say if the errors are connected without seeing the error stacks.
However
illustration was moved between paragraphs
would suggest that source segments have been merged across paragraphs and at least one of them contained an image/graphic

This is what I thought, , but I alsoget that error message after just changing one word in a segment...
These are the saved error data: Tell me if I should post that in a new question...
This is what I thougt , but I also get that error message when only changing one word in any segment and not merging anything...
I tried to post the error data saved here, but it was declared as spam...
Should I post it elsewhere or even open a new question for that?
I got an answer in the Facebook Tradus User group: A translator wrote: "For me it disappeared when I uninstalled the IATE plugin." She wasn't even using the plugin in the project... She uninstalled it in the SDL Appstore.
I tried to only deactivate the IATE plugin and it also worked! Don't get the error message any more after a new start.
Hello Nicole Schmidt ,
I have released the post with the error stack- this was caught up in filter (as spam)- to avoid this (in the future) simply save the XML to your desktop and that attach to the thread, using the Insert option
Normally it's best to start a new thread as I don't think this has anything to do with the original error reported.
The however here is that...
<ErrorMessage>Die Illustration <shape name="Textfeld 2053"> wurde zwischen Absätzen verschoben.</ErrorMessage>
...there is indeed an illustration that has been moved between paragrahs.
This may not be your fault, it could be that the file was delivered to you by your client like this.
Please refer to the previous thread on how best to work around this.

Yes, I read that yesterday and followed the instructions but couldn't save the problem...
It is a huge Word file (110 MB) with a lot of pictures and horrible formatting delivered by a client...
You mean, it may be the client's fault, ? In this case I think this is not worth a new question... I will try to deliver my target text with retranslating it from TM first...
Thank you.
