How can I configure Excelling Studio to open the attached XLSX file and only import the cells B4, B9, B10, B14 (as examples!) and write the translations to G4, G9, G10, G14?

Klaus Fleischmann might be able to assist with this.
My suggestion would be to hide the non-yellow rows, hide the columns apart from source and target, then use the out of the box bilingual Excel. Btu only because I'm not familiar with the Excelling Studio app.
