I think this is something for you to fix.  I just tested and the plugin is definitely signed.  These warnings normally come as a result of old plugins being used, or the unpacked folder not being replaced correctly.  Try closing Studio, delete these and then restart Studio. Finally download again via the integrated appstore:

c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins\Packages\Apply Studio Project Template.sdlplugin

c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins\Unpacked\Apply Studio Project Template\

No worries... here's a few tips :-)

1. hover over the name and then look at the bottom of your browser page to see the link:
   
   That gives you a clue about what to type.  So here you try this:
   
2. If the name has accents in it you'll often get funny strings in the link, like this:
   
   Here the users name was actually Valérie.  You can work around this using the underscore as a wildcard.  For example:
