There has been a service outage and our IT teams are still working to resolve the problem.  The outage affects all operations relating to accessing your account, or being able to sign in and download apps.  Further communications will be issued regarding timelines for resolution. 

In the meantime we are also working on providing a temporary solution using a Private AppStore and hope to have more instructions regarding its use in due course.

Many apologies for the inconvenience this is causing.

If I am counting right, it is already the tenth day that nothing can be downloaded from the AppStore! It starts being lengthy and "soon" is no longer a satisfactory answer.

Yes, you are counting it right, as we are too!  I can't give you a satisfactory answer, I can only tell you we hope to have a temporary solution in place from tomorrow at some point.  That solution should allow you to download and install apps through the integrated appstore only for 2021 and 2022.

10 days later and the problem is still not solved... Not sure what it was in the first place but this is indeed taking too long.

Guys, of course it's long but moaning about it is not going to make things any better, though it may help you ease your irritation a little. You must both know that sometimes complex problems triggered by complex faults can be too complex to solve, even for the experts. I'm sure that Paul and the people working on this are as anxious about it as you are and doing their absolute best to diagnose and solve the issues as quickly as humanly possible.

I can only see apps provided by the Trados Development team.

I can still NOT see other apps like SDLXLIFF Anonymizer. Not sure everybody else can see it?

I am getting flooded by customer requests for the app and I do NOT have a signed copy I can give them, only the unsigned development version I have stored locally in Visual Studio.

Could you send me signed copies of SDLXLIFF Anonymizer and TM Anonymizer plugins for Studio 2022? For all other versions I do have signed copies. Just not for the newer ones.
