I've downloaded and installed the plug-in TermExcelerator.
When I open SDL and click ob RWS AppStore, I can see it in the list of plug-ins, but when I click on Plug-ins it doesn't appear and when I try to create a Termbase for my project, I don't see the option Use > "TermExclerator Terminology Provider".
What have I done incorrectly? I've tried to delete the plug-in and reinstalled it in vain.

Did you install the plugin from the integrated AppStore? Did you configure the integrated AppStore according to these instructions: (+) Private AppStore - Wiki - RWS AppStore - RWS Community
If the plugin is installed properly, you should be able to select it in the terminology providers, like this:
I suggest you uninstall it, close Studio 2022, then restart it, go to the integrated AppStore and search for the plugin, then install it again. See if this helps.
If not come back and we'll try to find out what causes this.
