DeepL plugin for Studio 2017 is not working - It does not pretranslate

Good morning, 
 
 I have downloaded the latest version the the DeepL plugin and I have and API for DeepL Pro Advance to use with this version of Trados:

Nevertheless, it does not pretranslate the file nor suggest any translation, this is what I see:

I have already checked the languages pair, the firewall exceptions, unistall and reinstall the plugin, but it does not work. 
 
 Can you help me with a solution, please?

 I think the first thing would be for you to provide some more details. Can you check, and show a screenshot, that the DeepL provider is added and active in your project settings? 
 But more importantly you should note that this plugin has not been updated for 2017 for a very long time and there has been considerable changes and updates to the 2019, 202 and 2022 versions:

 I just tested in my 2017 version, Trados Studio 2017 SR1 - 14.1.10018.54792 , and it is working for me. So I think you should also upgrade your version of Trados 2017 to the latest one. That may also help.
