Well... in the DeepL plugin we provide there have been no changes. It's a bit lower down our priority list I'm afraid.
However, there are other plugins on the appstore that will support DeepL and glossaries... for example:
Custom.MT - https://appstore.rws.com/plugin/146
I think some of the apps from RyStudio also support DeepL glossaries but you'd need to check with the developer:
